Waterproof Micro Switches: A contact structure with a small contact spacing and a snap-action mechanism that performs a switching operation with a prescribed stroke and a prescribed force, covered with a housing, and a micro-switch having a drive rod externally. Resin fixing (plastic sealing terminal): A method in which the terminal portion is wired with a wire, and the portion is fixed by filling the resin to eliminate the exposed charged portion to improve the drip resistance. Insulation resistance: refers to the resistance value between the non-connected terminals, between the terminals and the uncharged metal parts, between the terminals and the ground. Withstand voltage: After adding a high voltage for 1 minute at the specified measurement site, it does not cause a critical value of insulation damage. Contact resistance: indicates the resistance of the contact portion of the contact, but generally indicates the resistance value including the resistance of the spring and the conductor of the terminal portion. Anti-vibration: When the micro-switch is used, the vibration-closed contact is in a vibration range that does not separate for more than a specified time. Impact resistance: Durable impact means that the Micro Switch is not damaged by various parts caused by the mechanical impact during transportation or installation, and meets the impact within the range of operating characteristics. Malfunction: It refers to the impact range of the contact that is closed by the impact when the Mini Micro Switch is not used for more than the specified time.
