Halogen-free definition of touch switch:
Halogen-free "Halogen-free materials are used instead of halogen-free compounds in the manufacture of light touch switches."
Inspection standard:
1 In homogeneous materials, chlorine and chlorine compounds are less than 900ppm;
2. Bromine and bromine compounds in homogeneous materials are less than 900ppm;
3 In homogeneous materials, the combined content rate of chlorine, chlorine compounds, bromine and bromine compounds must be less than 1500ppm;
In homogeneous materials, antimony trioxide and antimony trioxide compounds are less than 1000ppm.
Use precautions with light switch
1. During welding, water-soluble flux may cause corrosion by light touch. Avoid testing.
2. When welding terminals, if load is applied to terminals, loosening, deformation, and electrical deterioration may occur due to different conditions. Please pay attention during trial.
3. Solder twice, please do it after the first part of the welding is restored to normal temperature. Continuous heating will deform the periphery, loose terminals, fall off and reduce the possibility of electrical characteristics.
4. Set the welding conditions according to the actual batch production conditions.
5. Avoid flux flowing from around the printed circuit board to the touch switch body.
6. The tap switch is operated by people directly. Please do not use it for mechanical detection function.
7. For the mounting hole mode of the printed circuit board, refer to the recommended size recorded in the tap switch diagram.
8. Do not wash.
9. Please do not apply external force to MINI products such as thin switch during the assembly installation process.
10. When used under low voltage condition (DC1V below), there will be the possibility of poor contact. Please confirm separately when used for this condition.
11. Products with mounting screws should be carried out within the specified screw force to avoid the possibility of thread damage.
12. This product is designed and manufactured on the premise of DC resistance and load. When using other loads (inductive load and capacitive load), please determine separately.
13. In the process of use and test, if the load exceeds the specified above, the switch may be damaged. Please note!
14. Please install the touch switch on the specified mounting surface and make the installation level. If the installation level is not reached, the operation will be poor.
15. If used in dusty environment, dust will enter from the opening part, resulting in contact failure or poor operation. Please consider in advance when designing.
16. If it is used in the environment containing corrosive gases, it may cause poor contact and other phenomena. Please consider in advance when designing.
