Is the switching current low or high? It depends on the actual circuit, current of the product. There are generally two current levels: signal level (below 100mA) and power level (equal to or greater than 100mA). You can choose the suitable rated current switch according to the product. We use micro current switches as signal controls in the mA class micro current circuits and also high current switches as main power switches in the main circuits.
The application life cycle, use frequency and product replacement speed all determine the requirements of switch life. Like rice cookers, for example, the replacement speed is slower, but the frequency of use is also high, requiring a longer life of the switch. For example, curling iron, aromatherapy machine, the speed of renewal is faster, the life requirements of the switch is relatively low.
There are also different choices according to the ambient temperature used. Based on the characteristics of the product, there may be special requirements for the ambient temperature applicable to the switch.
